- Who is Ana Vasquez?
- Ana Vasquez, M.Ed. (Master of Arts in Education, Mount Mary University, 2017) is a business operator and confidential advisor. She leads operational execution, website migrations, customer journey rebuilds, and operational systems for companies that need one accountable name on the work, and she serves as a discreet sounding board for owners carrying decisions they cannot discuss inside the company. Her positioning is simple: one operator accountable for the work, coordinating the specialists each engagement requires. She does not replace your CFO, your accounting team, or other specialist professional services.
- Do you work alongside our existing advisors: our CPA, surety agent, attorney?
- Yes: complementary, not replacement. Your surety agent handles bond and credit counsel. Your peer group gives you peer perspective. Your attorney handles legal. Ana provides private one on one counsel fused with operational execution: the sounding board for what you cannot discuss with any of them, plus someone who carries what you decide.
- We have never paid premium monthly fees for outside help. Why is this different?
- Because it is not one service. It is the combination. Today you may pay separately for a peer group, an implementer, and ad hoc advisors. One accountable relationship replaces the fragmented spend: confidential counsel plus the operator who executes. The tier sets the depth of the relationship, not an hourly meter.
- What does one operator mean in practice?
- It means Ana carries the engagement herself. Strategy, coordination, verification, and delivery run through one person who knows your operation. You never get passed between account managers, and nothing falls between vendors.
- How does an engagement start?
- With an inquiry. Send an inquiry through the contact page or by direct email. The inquiry is reviewed for fit, and when the fit is mutual, a free 30 minute introductory conversation by Zoom or phone is arranged directly, so both sides can assess fit. If there is a fit, the work is scoped separately with clear deliverables, milestones, and fees.
- What do the retainers cost?
- Engagement scope and fees are customized to the work. They are set out in a written proposal after the introductory conversation. To ask about fees for your situation, email ana@anaconnectsyou.com. There are five engagements: three monthly principal tiers, Transition Leadership for defined operational transitions, the Enterprise Operations Partner tier for ongoing operational ownership, and the Principal Operator Retainer for principal level, cross functional leadership. Operator Support runs on its own roster, capped at four, and the Paid Diagnostic comes before a retainer begins. Engagements run month to month, three months, or six months. Strong relationships continue by mutual agreement, and no annual commitment is required. All engagements are value based, priced on business value delivered, not hours worked.
- What do retainers cover?
- Executive strategy, workflow architecture, AI verification, and operational governance. Course access and procurement fees are priced separately.
- Is everything confidential?
- Engagements run under a written confidentiality agreement, and the limits of that confidentiality are stated in writing before the work begins. Confidentiality here is contractual, not a legal privilege, and Ana says so plainly rather than implying otherwise. Entry is by inquiry and fit review, referrals remain welcome, and discretion is the operating standard, not an add on.
- Does Ana work with AI?
- Yes. She is expert at using AI to carry transitions of this scale: AI assisted research and evidence checks, AI drafted communications reviewed in the owner's voice, and verification passes throughout. Full human accountability stays with her on every deliverable.
- What is the Complete Transition Standard?
- Her named method for platform and operational moves: inventory, plan, migrate, verify and handoff. Every transition follows the same disciplined sequence, with acceptance gates before anything is declared done.
- Are FoundHer Elite and Guided Healers Inc part of this?
- They are Ana's separate ventures. FoundHer Elite is her corporate safety and compliance training company. Guided Healers Inc is her nonprofit serving women and children facing online harm. AnaConnectsYou is her private practice as an operator and advisor. Each stands on its own.
- Does Ana offer wealth protection or financial services?
- No. Ana is not a financial advisor and offers no financial services.
