An AI assisted operations system, running daily

Challenge: Inquiries, reporting, and records were spread across mailboxes and files, with follow up dependent on memory.
Execution: Continuous monitoring across six business mailboxes, scheduled reporting, and a verified records system, with a principal reviewing what matters before it counts.
Verified Result: The system runs the practice's own operations daily, and its records passed a full restore test with every file verified.

Procurement Readiness

Registrations secured, prequalification cleared

Challenge: Registrations, certifications, and screening documentation had to be built and kept current before any buyer conversation could start.
Execution: Vendor registrations completed across federal, state, and local portals, certification documentation assembled in order, and a capability statement built to procurement standards.
Verified Result: City of West Palm Beach SBE and SFWMD SBE secured, SAM.gov registration active, and subcontractor prequalification with Randolph Construction Group cleared in October 2026.
