Talks That Teach.

Ana Vasquez, M.Ed. is a career educator who taught special education, spent five years in public relations management, and now runs her own companies on the AI systems she teaches. She speaks the way she teaches: plain steps, real work, and no claim she cannot point to in her own practice. Every talk is delivered in person. Fees are set in a written proposal for the specific engagement and are never published on this site.

Is AI recommending your business?

Your next client may never visit a search results page. They will ask an AI tool who does what you do, near them, and they will call one of the names it gives them. This talk shows owners and agency leaders how to test what AI search says about their business today, why accurate and consistent public records decide whether a business is named at all, and what to fix first: the website copy, the listings, and the profiles those tools read from. The audience leaves with the exact queries to run on their own business and a priority order for corrections. No ranking or recommendation by any AI tool is promised, in this talk or in the work behind it.

Audience: Business owners, agency leaders, chambers, and business associations.

Keynote or workshop session. Duration and format are set in the written proposal for the engagement.

A Girl Between Worlds

Before the companies and the certifications, there was a girl born in Guatemala City, adopted at two and a half, and raised in Wisconsin under a new name, Annie. This is the origin story behind the operator: how a divided beginning becomes range, the ability to read a room and speak to every side of it, and how a standard gets built and kept daily. Ana teaches from her memoir, A Girl Between Worlds, and the audience works on its own standard in the room: naming it, testing one live decision against it, and choosing one commitment to keep first. This talk makes no therapy claims of any kind.

Audience: Women founders, aspiring owners, women's business organizations, entrepreneurship programs, and mentorship communities.

Keynote. Duration and format are set in the written proposal for the engagement.

AI implementation that explains the why

Most AI training teaches buttons. This talk teaches judgment. A career educator and working operator explains why each step of an implementation exists before she shows how it runs: why the workflow is audited before anything is automated, why guardrails are written before a system is trusted, why some steps stay human, and why records matter when something goes wrong. The audience works on its own processes during the session and leaves with a workflow audit they completed themselves, a readiness judgment for each step, and an implementation checklist they can follow the next morning.

Audience: Business owners and their teams, municipal and agency cohorts, chambers, and sponsor convened owner groups.

Workshop or keynote. Duration and format are set in the written proposal for the engagement.

Speaking Topics

Book Talks and Podcast Conversations

Ana also speaks about her memoir, A Girl Between Worlds, beyond the talks above. For book focused gatherings she tells the story in person, and for podcasts she joins recorded conversations about being adopted across two cultures, growing up between two names and two worlds, and the standard a divided beginning can build. Podcast hosts and event organizers alike start with the inquiry form: name the program, the audience, and the date you have in mind, and say whether you are planning a podcast conversation or an in person talk. The first conversation is a 30 minute Zoom meeting or a 30 minute phone call.
