1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of anaconnectsyou.com (the "Site"), operated by Desert Sun Investments LLC dba AnaConnectsYou ("AnaConnectsYou," "we," "us"). By using this Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Our Services
AnaConnectsYou is a private operator practice. We provide advisory and operator services including private capital introductions, contract and award fulfillment support, workforce certification administration, and confidential strategic counsel. Engagements are accepted by referral or introduction only, are governed by a mutual nondisclosure agreement, and begin with a paid working session. The specific terms of any engagement are set out in a written agreement between the parties.
3. No Lending, No Guarantees, No Securities
We do not lend money, fund deals, or guarantee funding outcomes. Capital introductions are made to licensed funding partners only, and every funding decision rests solely with the licensed partner. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security.
4. Not Professional Advice
Content on this Site and counsel provided through the private practice is not therapy, not coaching, and not legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
5. Workforce Training
Workforce certification training is administered through FoundHer Elite, our training company. Training is delivered by qualified providers. AnaConnectsYou administers the program, the records, and the certification file.
6. Fees and Payment
Engagement fees are discussed after fit is established and set out in a written agreement. Engagements are invoiced in advance and payable by ACH or wire transfer. The initial working session is paid and credited toward the engagement as described on the Site.
7. Confidentiality
Private client work is never referenced or disclosed. Inquiries submitted through this Site are handled discreetly. Formal engagements are governed by a mutual nondisclosure agreement executed before any substantive discussion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, and branding, is the property of AnaConnectsYou or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnaConnectsYou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
