Tier I

Exclusive Long-Term Seat

Permanent corporate hire.

Reserved for infrastructure funds, institutional developers, or corporate enterprises that want exclusive long-term loyalty managing their high-stakes partnership architecture. Compensation is structured as an executive base, a performance bonus tied to project-delivery milestones — local government alignments, site authorizations, multi-party consensus — plus standard executive benefits and a measured equity or milestone-based option pool that vests over the relationship. The investment reflects what it costs to take a curator of this caliber off the open market.

Tier II

Project-Based Deployment

Three- to six-month deal-specific retainer. The primary operating model.

Deployed to oversee the human alignment and relational communication of a specific, time-sensitive project. A monthly retainer is paid upfront on the first of the month via ACH, calibrated to an allocation of thirty to forty high-impact hours per month at an internal rate that reflects executive curator work — not coordinator hours. A milestone success surcharge is paid on the successful closing or formal alignment of the targeted partners during the contract term. Premium travel, lodging, and client hospitality are carried on the client's corporate account or reimbursed immediately. You are not paying for activity. You are paying for the close.

Tier III

Day-Rate Proxy Deployment

Short-term physical ambassadorship and events.

For principals who need me to immediately step in as their physical ambassador — flown out to represent them at an elite forum, manage an intense on-site meeting, or curate a critical ecosystem link. A premium day rate is billed portal-to-portal: fly-in day, event day, and fly-out day are each billable, because the calendar is cleared for you the moment travel begins. A short minimum commitment is required to release the dates. First-class or premium business travel, five-star lodging, and dedicated on-ground transport are standard, managed entirely on the client's corporate account.

The exact figures are walked through on the call. The investment is fair for the seat. The relationship is structured to be long.
