How I Engage
I am a Strategic Relationships Consultant brought in to architect, vet, and warm up the partnerships a specific deal needs to close — and to remain in the seat across the deals that follow. Every engagement is structured to begin as a defined scope and mature into an enduring, long-term relationship with the principal and the firm. Two clear engagement modes — one for the room, one for the project — both built to extend.

I don't pass contact info. I manage the narrative and the approach. I know exactly how each of my partners prefers to be engaged — a formal institutional brief, a private dinner, a direct WhatsApp introduction — and I match the medium to the moment so the probability of execution is the highest it can be.
Two Engagement Modes
Every engagement is sized to the deliverable and structured to extend. The first deal is the audition; the long relationship is the goal. Terms, timeline, and scope are agreed in writing on a direct call — figures are walked through privately, because the seat is custom to the project and to the relationship that follows.
Mode 01 · Day & Event
When the principal cannot — or strategically should not — be the face at a convention, an HNW dinner, an infrastructure site visit, or a Southeast Florida industry summit, I am deployed as the trusted proxy. I work the room on your behalf, qualify counterparties on the spot, and deliver warmed-up relationships back to your desk.
Structured as a comprehensive flat day engagement. Travel handled separately. Terms agreed in writing.
Mode 02 · Project-Based
When a defined project needs its relational communication managed from start to finish — securing an infrastructure site, aligning a group of HNW investors around a data center build, structuring a capital partnership across AI, energy, or private equity — I am engaged for the duration on a deal-specific retainer. The initial window is defined, but the seat is built to renew: principals who experience the first ninety days tend to keep me on as a long-term partner across the deals that follow.
Structured on a project basis with clear milestones and a long-term renewal path. Scope and timeline agreed in writing before work begins.
The Process
I keep this simple. Reach out directly, come prepared, and let's see if we are a fit. There are no gatekeepers — just clarity, alignment, and forward motion.

Once alignment and scope are agreed in writing, I refine the narrative and architect curated introductions to the right principals, capital partners, or operators inside the relevant vertical. No cold outreach — every connection is intentional and pre-vetted.
I stay active through due diligence, follow-through, and direct principal-to-principal communication all the way to close and handoff. The relationship does not end at the introduction.
Engagement Standards
I operate on a performance-based agreement with strict milestones. Principals are selected for alignment, decisiveness, and the capacity to execute on a defined timeline.
Consulting and non-circumvention agreements precede any disclosure of project specifics or principal introductions.
Engagements are documented in a private CRM to protect interests on all sides and maintain clean transactional records.
Once the framework is in place, partners receive curated access to principal-level lines of communication.
Engagements proceed once the agreement is executed and milestones are agreed in writing.
