Ana Vasquez, M.Ed.
Founder & Principal Consultant
Business strategist, relationship manager, and project director bridging corporate partnerships and supplier-diversity fulfillment. Master's in Education (M.Ed.) from Mount Mary University and a Bachelor's in Communications from Alverno College. Twenty-six years of diverse professional work experience — and eleven years as a single mother independently raising three children, now ages 12, 13, and 15 — built on a foundation of hard work, accountability, and a deep dedication to helping others. She leads commercial fulfillment through AnaConnectsYou's three specialized arms.
A Lifelong Story of Action
A philosophy built on decisive action.
Born in Guatemala, Ana's story began when the First Lady of Guatemala took direct action to rescue her birth mother from extreme vulnerability on the streets, placing her in a clinic so Ana could be safely born.
Right before leaving the country — after being adopted by a single mother and raised in Wisconsin — a moment defined her future path: she sat on the lap of Rigoberta Menchú Tum, who later won the 1992 Nobel Peace Prize for her historic work in global human rights. Ana still has the photo of that moment.
That early contact with a global symbol of peace left a permanent mark. She operates with the belief that a single moment of decisive action can change a life, a community, or a business. She makes herself available as a consultant because you never know when someone might truly need you.
Resilience & High Precision
Built to operate under intense pressure.
At age 15, after being kidnapped on New Year's Eve in Milwaukee, Ana engineered her own escape through pure resilience and clear thinking. That strength ensures she can navigate complex business risks and high-stakes infrastructure projects without giving up.
That focus is paired with a deep background in teamwork and precision. She began playing the violin at age three and committed 15 years to musical training, including performing professionally with the Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra (MYSO) for two and a half years.
Working in elite orchestras taught her how to manage complex projects, recognize patterns quickly, and keep multiple partners moving in complete harmony under tight deadlines.
Educational & Corporate Expertise
From the classroom to the boardroom.
To build her skills in human development and public systems, Ana served as a Special Education Teacher in the Milwaukee Public School (MPS) system, where she mastered curriculum design, behavioral tracking, and strict institutional compliance.
She later carried those skills into corporate sales, spent over five years in high-level Public Relations (PR) management, and ultimately became a Strategic Relations Consultant.
Today, Ana Vasquez leads a strategic advisory ecosystem. As the firm's principal, she manages a curated network of certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE), 501(c)(3) nonprofit initiatives, and Tier-1 infrastructure affiliates. Our affiliated partnerships deliver clean, audit-ready environmental, educational, and mental health infrastructure across the United States — coordinated through our central operating company.
No excuses. Total focus on execution. Partnerships built to make a real difference in the world.
